Driver Instructions – Airport Bookings & Early Morning Pickups

  1. Sign In on Time
    • When you are allocated an airport booking, you must sign into the system promptly.
    • Ensure you are signed in before the job’s fire time. Failure to sign in on time may result in the booking being reassigned to another driver.
  2. Prepare Your Vehicle
    • Make sure your car is fuelled up, clean, and ready for passengers before the pickup time.
    • Double-check that any amenities expected by airport passengers (e.g., water, phone chargers) are available.
  3. Punctuality
    • Airport customers expect timely and professional service.
    • Plan your route in advance to allow for traffic, weather, or other delays so that you arrive at the pickup location on time.
  4. Airport Waiting Time
    • We allow 45 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands.
    • If a customer is delayed or held up at the airport, do not complain about the wait.
    • Ensure the customer is comfortable and seated in the vehicle.
    • Politely inform them that any waiting beyond 45 minutes will incur waiting time charges.
    • If the customer does not accept this, refer them to the office for resolution.
  5. Customer Service
    • Always be polite, professional, and helpful.
    • Assist with luggage if needed and ensure passengers are comfortable.
  6. System Compliance
    • Keep your status in the booking system updated at all times.
    • Only accept jobs you can realistically fulfil to avoid cancellations or delays.
  7. Consequences
    • Being late to sign in, failing to prepare your vehicle, or mishandling airport waiting procedures may lead to bookings being reassigned.
    • Consistently failing to meet these standards may result in review or disciplinary action.

Remember: Airport passengers expect reliability, comfort, and professionalism. Proper preparation and courteous handling of waiting time ensures a smooth experience for both you and the customer.
